Can I opt for self-collection or meet-up for my order?
We currently only offer door-to-door courier to ensure your package is timely and safely delivered to you.
Can I opt for normal postage from SingPost instead or courier?
Some of our products may not fit into some residences' mailbox. Because we understand the inconvenience of making a special trip to the post office, we believe door-to-door courier is the most convenient option we can offer to you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do!
For international orders, the shipping fee will be auto-calculated at check-out. If your country's postage rates are not listed at the check-out page, please drop us an email at email@example.com & we will advise the rates accordingly.
What payment modes do you accept?
We currently accept payments through Paypal & local bank transfers. Paypal accepts major credit card providers (Visa, Mastercard, Amex etc.) and we will absorb the transaction fee.
Do you accept bank transfers?
Yes we do! All required information related to bank transfers are stated in the payment invoices.
Please drop us an email once payment is made with your order number. Do note that we do not accept ATM transfers.
How do I know if I am eligible for returns or exchange?
We only allow exchange/return if your order is wrongly delivered, damaged or defective.
Please take a photo and drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number within 7 calendar days.
We will replace a new piece or make a full refund to you in the event that the item is out of stock.
Can I opt for self-collection or meet up for returns or exchange?
Unfortunately we are not able to offer self-collection or meet-ups for return/exchange. We currently only accepts mail-based exchange/return.
As we need to confirm the exchange/return, please drop us a note with your order number and issues at email@example.com prior to you sending your order back.
Registered postage is highly recommended for return/exchange as we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange packages.
