Returns/Exchange

We pride ourselves in checking for defects before sending your order out. But human errors are part and parcel of life; please accept our deepest apologies if you received a damaged or defect order.

If you find yourself less satisfied with your purchase, please drop us an email at hello@lettersoiree.com within 7 working days of receiving your order.  

Do note that all items are not subject to refunds, returns or exchanges unless items are wrongly delivered, damaged or defective.
