How long will my order be dispatched?
All orders will be shipped from Monday to Friday. Unless otherwise stated, we aim to prepare and dispatch your order within 2 business days.
The prices of shipping are subject to changes and we reserve the right to make changes without prior notice and without incurring obligations to you.
How is my package delivered to me?
To ensure your orders reach you safely, Letter Soiree only uses door-to-door courier.
We ship worldwide with tracking numbers too! For international orders, the shipping fee will be auto-calculated at check-out. If your country's postage rates are not listed at the check-out page, please drop us an email and we will advise the rates accordingly.
There is a mistake in my mailing address, can I amend it?
Thank you for taking the responsibility to check that the shipping address you provide is correct! If you discover any errors on your order confirmation email, please inform us within the next hour. We will assist to make the amendments if your order hasn’t been dispatched.
Unfortunately we're unable to make any changes once your order had been dispatched. In the event that your order is undeliverable and returned to us due to incorrect information we had received, we are happy to resend the order upon receiving payment for the re-delivery charges.
My package is not delivered to me yet! What should I do?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. We're sorry for the delays after the estimated delivery timeline. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into it asap.
